- ➤ After ABC11 Troubleshooter’s investigation, landlord Damon Evans received full payment of over $5,200 in back rent owed by the Wake County Housing Authority for his tenant under the Housing Choice Voucher Program. The agency said it has made progress in resolving payment delays and will work to ensure timely transfers—aiming to help other local landlords facing the same issue. ABC 11
