  • Wake Forest Power crews are working to restore power for over 1,000 customers near Stadium Drive, Jenkins Road, and Purnell Road—cause is unknown and no timeline is set for service restoration. Additional updates will be provided as more details are available.  City of Wake Forest

  • On Saturday night, Seth Jarvis scored with 16.7 seconds left in overtime to lift the Carolina Hurricanes to a 4-3 win over the Philadelphia Flyers. The win comes ahead of the Hurricanes' six-game road trip starting Tuesday night.  ABC 11
