  • The Holt Brothers Foundation is the October Triangle NC Cares Award winner. The non-profit helps children facing a parent's cancer diagnosis by offering age-appropriate information and tools—creating memory-making opportunities that support their mental and emotional well-being.  ABC 11

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • The Town of Wake Forest is delivering free wood chips to community members upon request — each delivery is about 20 cubic yards and the chips, made from different trees, vary in color and size. The service is available while supplies last.  City of Wake Forest
