  • Wake Forest Police Department invites residents to buy $5 Cover the Cruiser stickers (available at Sam's Club, 11460 Royall Cotton Road) on Saturday, March 14 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. to support Special Olympics North Carolina as buyers can write their names on the stickers to cover a cruiser.  City of Wake Forest
  • Wake Forest’s Parks Department will host the 2026 Easter Eggstravaganza on Saturday, March 28 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at E. Carroll Joyner Park (701 Harris Road), where families stroll the Bunny Trail to collect eggs and a special zone for disabilities opens from 9:30 to 10 a.m.  City of Wake Forest

CULTURE NEWS

  • The Wake Forest Renaissance Centre will host the 2026 Film Festival on Friday and Saturday, Mar. 6-7, featuring 22 films selected from 150 submissions. Film lovers can join a VIP experience at Broadsides & Brews with tickets priced at $25 plus tax and an additional $25 for drinks & hors d'oeuvres.  City of Wake Forest
